Yacht concept Ascendance was designed by Andy Waugh as a ready-to-build project which will be officially unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show.
Andy Waugh is an British based yacht designer who previously worked with H2 Yacht Design. He has completed a new superyacht concept call Ascendance which was developed in conjunction with the German large private yacht builder Nobiskrug.
Yacht Ascendance is 111 meters in length and it features interior style by the London & Paris based design firm “Motor Yacht Design Company” (MYDco).
The yacht is designed to be efficient in that it will be engineered to be 25% lighter than any other large yacht in the 100m+ size range.
Yacht Ascendance has accommodation in 8 cabins with an upper deck which hosts an owner’s suite which has 180 degrees of angled windows. On the lower deck to the aft there is a 180m squared gym and beach lounge as well as an inspired health and leisure area.
Andy Waugh’s design portfolio to date includes six superyacht concepts being Epiphany, Revolution, Noveau, Expedition, Reality and Blommendal 65.
